A Message from our Founder

Hello, I’m Kirat, born and raised in Vancouver, BC—a city I’ve always called home. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a recently completed Rental Property Management course at the UBC Sauder School of Business, I’ve spent years building both my knowledge and expertise in the world of property management.

My journey into the real estate world began in May 2020 when I started managing my own Short Term Rental. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a passion, and soon, friends and family began asking me to manage their properties too. Within just a few months, I realized there was a real need for reliable and hands-on property management services, and I decided to pursue it further.

After about a year of balancing my part-time venture, I made the bold decision to quit my full-time job in August 2021 and dedicate myself entirely to Short Term Rental Management. It’s been an incredible ride, and in that time, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with amazing clients and help them achieve their rental property goals.

Recently, as my business evolved, I’ve had clients approach me with interest in mid- to long-term rentals. Recognizing this new opportunity, I pursued additional certifications in Rental Property Management to continue growing my expertise and expand my services. I’m excited to take my business to the next level and offer even more tailored solutions to meet the needs of my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the city that has shaped me—whether that’s exploring new neighborhoods, enjoying Vancouver’s outdoor lifestyle, or simply spending quality time with my dog, family, and friends
